Powerball, the gyroscope ball that packs Power – Available from NSD Powerballs
Using Powerballs will increase wrist and grip strength

How Powerball works

NSD Powerball is defined as a finely engineered and precision crafted gyroscopic ball consisting of a rapidly spinning rotor enclosed in a solid [hand held] sphere, little larger than a tennis ball. The inner rotor (gyroscope) is set in motion using the starter cord provided. Spinning at (approx) 2,500 RPM the user will already feel the gyroscopic forces kick in. It is now up to the user to increase the speed of the rotor by making rotational movements with their wrist, keeping in synch with the spinning speed of the ball. The faster you rotate the Powerball the greater and more extreme the forces become. All Powerball rotors are balanced and tested on an advanced computerised jig allowing them to spin in excess of 15,000 RPM making them one of the fastest non motorised devices ever created. Each Powerball comes fitted with an (optional) in-built computerised counter which accurately reads and stores in memory the rotor speed achieved (RPM) during a Powerball workout. This allows you to monitor on a daily basis your improvements in power and body strength whilst also allowing you to get competitive with friends and colleagues competing against each other for the highest score.
